A deposit of 30-40% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
Deposit payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by law.
The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival or online before your arrival date.
If you choose to pay the balance online, a 3-4% service processing fee will apply.
Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy and any applicable third-party policies (e.g., airlines, hotels).

In exceptional cases (e.g., natural disasters), Travel X may offer rescheduling options or partial credits at its discretion.
If your package includes airfare, tickets are typically issued immediately after receiving your deposit.
Cancellation after ticket issuance will incur charges as per the airline's policy, which may include the full cost of the airfare. Travel X will inform you of these charges before processing the cancellation.
Hotel bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
Cancellation after confirmation may incur a charge of at least one night's stay per room, depending on the hotel's terms and conditions. Travel X will advise you of any applicable charges before processing the cancellation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 20 days of the tour's conclusion or cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
The processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy and any applicable fees (e.g., airline or hotel cancellation charges).
Service processing fees (3-4%) for credit card payments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling for special events (e.g., Yi Peng Lantern Festival) is only permitted in exceptional cases (e.g., natural disasters) and at Travel X's discretion.
Travel X is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, Travel X will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide partial credits, but refunds may not be available.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or loss of personal belongings. Travel X is not responsible for any costs incurred due to cancellations or disruptions beyond our control.
